3591 - Heavy Duty Cage Control Valve
The Type 3591 cage retained globe control valve is designed for the most severe service applications up to the limits of the ANSI 900 pressure class rating. These severe service conditions include process events such as extreme erosion, abrasion, corrosion, cavitation, and flashing found in the most severe of applications in all the process control industries.
The Type 3591 control valve has standard options such as temperature extensions, high performance metal sealing trim, noise attenuation trim sets, etc. In addition to these options the valves can be specialized to meet the exact process needs for these most severe of service conditions.
The Type 3591 can be assembled with a pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, or electro-hydraulic actuator also offered by the SAMSON group to complete the control valve construction. These control valves are designed according to the modular assembly principle, can be equipped with SAMSON GROUP actuators and valve accessories such as positioners, limit switches, and solenoid valves.
